What Are Archetypes?
Archetypes are the ancient patterns that live within the collective unconscious—timeless energies that shape our human experience. They are the gods and goddesses, the heroes and shadows, the eternal forces that move through myth, dream, and soul.
When we work with archetypes, we remember ourselves. We reclaim the fragmented parts of our psyche and integrate the wisdom of those who walked before us. Each archetype carries both light and shadow—gifts to embody and wounds to heal.
